TaiJiQuan (Tai Chi Chuan) which translates as “Grand polarity Boxing”
TaiJiQuan is popular for both its martial arts application, alternative exercise and health benefits for both experienced martial arts practitioners and novices alike.
We teach a broad range of TaiJiQuan and Qi Gong (Energy cultivation) techniques and Taolu (Forms) including Yang, Sun and Chen styles.
Forms Practiced Include:
Old Yang Style (Yang Lu Chan)
97 step Sun Style
5 element Chen Style
56 Step Chen Competition Form
Qi Gong Practiced:
Zhan Zhuang – Standing postures
Wudang Ba Duan Jin – Eight pieces of brocade
Wu Qin Xi – Daoyin five Animal
Bagua zhǎng Zhan Zhuang – Bagua palms Standing
Yi Jin Jing – Tendon/Muscle change Classic SānJiāo – Triple Warmer Fózhǎng – Buddha palm
